Dalmia Computers Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Dalmia Computers digital services, customer features and authorized third-party integrations.
Effective and last updated: 8 August 2026.
1. Acceptance
By using Dalmia Computers digital services you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you connect a third-party provider, you must also comply with that provider's applicable terms and policies.
2. Accounts and authorization
You are responsible for using accurate account information and for keeping your credentials secure. Dalmia Computers will not ask you to send passwords, OTPs, banking PINs, API keys, client secrets or provider access tokens through public chat or ordinary forms.
3. Connected providers
Features may connect approved third-party services through OAuth, API keys, webhooks or another provider-supported mechanism. Connecting a provider authorizes Dalmia Computers to perform only the actions covered by the scopes and features you or an authorized administrator approve. Provider availability, limits and policies may change independently.
4. Social-media publishing
Publishing features are intended for accounts or business assets that the authorizing user is permitted to manage. Users must not use Dalmia Computers automation to spam, impersonate others, infringe rights, evade provider restrictions or publish unlawful content. High-impact publishing actions may be subject to review or approval gates.
5. YouTube API Services
Features that use YouTube API Services are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. By using a Dalmia Computers feature that relies on YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service in addition to these terms. You remain responsible for the content, metadata, visibility choices and actions you authorize for your channel.
6. AI-assisted features
AI-generated or AI-assisted output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before relying on it for customer-facing, publishing, financial, legal, pricing, warranty, service or operational decisions. Users must not submit secrets or unnecessary sensitive personal data to AI features.
7. Customer transactions and service
Product availability, pricing, warranty, finance, repair scope, turnaround time and service eligibility remain subject to the final confirmed showroom, invoice, jobsheet or written quotation. Website content may be informational and does not override a confirmed transaction record.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, circumvent platform limits, scrape restricted data, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use integrations in violation of provider policies or applicable law.
9. Suspension and provider changes
Dalmia Computers may disable an integration or feature when required for security, provider compliance, maintenance, legal obligations or account-owner protection. Third-party providers may also suspend or change access under their own terms.
10. Revocation and deletion
You can revoke supported provider authorization through provider controls. Eligible locally stored information can be requested for deletion through Data Deletion or Delete Account, subject to identity verification and required retention.
11. Disclaimers
Third-party services are operated by their respective providers. Dalmia Computers does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of external APIs or services and is not responsible for provider outages, policy changes or actions outside our control.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated as products, providers, laws or platform requirements change. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
