1. Privacy & Personal Data Protection

We collect only the information needed to serve your purchase, repair, quotation, membership, or support request.

• Never share OTPs, passwords, UPI/banking PINs, or API keys in chat or public forms.
• Google, Apple, and Facebook sign-in options use identity scopes only when configured; Instagram is used strictly for business publishing and never for customer sign-in.

2. Care Club Membership, Loyalty Points & Direct Referral Policy

Dalmia Care Club membership is free. General membership does not impose the contest 18+ age restriction, and promotional marketing opt-in is always optional.

• Exact Point Value & Precision: 1.0000 point = ₹1.0000, calculated to 4 decimal places using half-up rounding (HALF_UP_4DP).
• Earning on Positive Gross Bills: Active members earn 1.0000% buyer points and their locked first referrer earns 0.5000% referral points on every eligible positive gross bill (from ₹0.01 upward), including bills paid partly or fully with points. Zero-gross bills earn 0.0000 points.
• Single-Bill Redemption Gate (₹2,000 Gross): Spendable points can be redeemed on any single eligible bill with a gross invoice value of ₹2,000.00 or more, up to your available spendable balance and the bill gross total. Positive bills below ₹2,000 cannot redeem points, but they still earn 1.0000% buyer and 0.5000% referrer points.
• Welcome & Protected Cohort Points: Standard verified enrollment grants 100.0000 welcome points plus 1 free annual PC/laptop health checkup. Protected initial-cohort members remain entitled to 200.0000 welcome points with no artificial claim deadline; members who earlier received only 100 points in that cohort receive an audited +100.0000 top-up verified from award history.
• First-Referrer Lock & 25-Membership Gift Counter: Direct referral attribution is single-level and locked to the earliest durable valid reservation or referral code. The referrer earns +50.0000 points when the referred person completes verified membership enrollment, and unlocks 1 physical showroom gift for every 25 verified referred memberships (nominations, clicks, and purchases alone never advance the 25-membership counter).
• 6-Calendar-Month IST Expiry & Returns: Each point lot expires 6 calendar months from its IST award date (month-end dates clamp safely to the target month's last day, such as 31 Aug to 28/29 Feb), consumed FIFO. On a sales return or GST credit note, points earned on the returned gross amount reverse proportionally, redeemed points restore with their original lot expiry, and if an earned reward was already spent, an audited admin exception is logged with zero invented cash debt.

3. Communications, Contact Uploads & WhatsApp Split Rules

Uploading contacts and sending invitations are strictly separate actions.

• Contact Attribution vs. Invitation Permission: Syncing Google Contacts or uploading a .vcf/CSV contact list reserves first-referrer attribution in masked form only. Dalmia Computers never sends messages to uploaded contacts automatically. Sending a referral invitation requires your separate explicit contact selection, permission confirmation, suppression-list check, and daily invitation cap (25/day).
• Separate WhatsApp Lanes: Customer care and CRM WhatsApp updates stay non-billing (WA-02), while GST invoice/receipt notices use only the dedicated verified billing notice route.

4. Shared-Phone Safety, Account Recovery & Data Deletion

• Zero Automatic Shared-Phone Merge: Joint-family, student, and firm members sharing one mobile number keep separate member profiles and passbooks. Choose your exact identity after OTP verification.
• Recovery & Deletion: Recover access via verified mobile OTP at Customer Login or submit a verified deletion request at Delete Account or Data Deletion Instructions. Statutory GST, warranty, and audit records are retained as required by law.

5. Online Shopping, Live Stock & Paytm Payment Verification

• Authoritative Catalog & GST-Inclusive Pricing: Online product listings on Cart and Checkout read live MariaDB stock and approved GST-inclusive gross prices. Out-of-stock items are clearly marked and cannot be checked out.
• Paytm Payment Security: Online payments verify merchant ID, order ID, exact paise amount, INR currency, and cryptographic Paytm checksums server-side before marking any order paid. Unconfigured payment or courier providers show an honest unavailable status rather than a fake success screen.

6. Showroom Pickup, Local 4 km COD & Shiprocket Shipping

• Purulia Showroom Pickup: Free pickup at Bikash Bhawan, Near ICICI Bank, Ranchi Road, Purulia – 723101 (Mon–Sat 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Sun 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM) with OTP handover.
• Local Purulia COD (Within 4.0 km): Cash on Delivery is available only for verified local addresses in PIN 723101 within 4.0 km of our Ranchi Road showroom on eligible items.
• Domestic Courier via Shiprocket: Orders outside local pickup/4 km COD ship through Shiprocket partner couriers based on live PIN serviceability, packed weight, and tracking milestones.

7. Returns, DOA Assessment & Manufacturer Warranty

• Verified Defects & Supply Issues: Returns apply to verified dead-on-arrival (DOA) defects, transit damage, wrong items, or missing parts rather than change-of-mind purchases. Please report issues promptly (preferably within 7 calendar days of delivery) and keep original box, serial/IMEI labels, and unboxing video/photos where possible.
• Manufacturer Warranty & Reconciled Refunds: Brand warranty claims follow the brand's authorized service/DOA process with full showroom guidance. Approved online refunds return to the original payment source after payment-gateway reconciliation.

8. Repair Service (S08 ₹200 Adjustment), 7-Day Quotations & 3-Month Pickup Review

• S08 ₹200 Diagnostic Fee Adjustment: Bench inspection carries a transparent ₹200 diagnostic fee, which is 100% adjusted/waived when you proceed with the approved repair on that jobsheet.
• 7-Day Self-Quotation Validity (Zero Payment QR): Proforma quotations generated at Self-Quotation are valid for 7 calendar days subject to physical stock, and never include dynamic payment QR codes (S25 security rule).
• 3-Calendar-Month Unclaimed Device Review (No Automatic Disposal): Please collect serviced or inspected devices promptly using your handover OTP. If a device remains uncollected after 3 calendar months from readiness notice, it enters documented owner review and repeated customer contact attempts—never automatic disposal or forfeiture without lawful notice and owner review.

9. Monthly Lucky Draw & Social Contests (9 Regular + 4 Social Positions)

• Eligibility & Free AMOE Entry: Contests at Lucky Draw & Contests are open to residents of India aged 18 years or older. Every monthly cycle includes a 100% free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) tech-safety quiz with equal winning odds—no purchase is required to enter, and Google Reviews have zero effect on contest eligibility or odds.
• Winner Positions (9 + 4): Published cycles award 9 regular draw positions plus 4 verified social-community positions using auditable SHA-256 commit-reveal selection.
• 7-Day Verification & 15-Day Prize Collection Windows: Selected winners have 7 calendar days from notification to complete OTP/identity verification and 15 calendar days thereafter to collect their physical prize at the Purulia showroom (prizes are physical items with no cash substitute).
