Do I need my friend’s name?
No. The Dalmia member referral entry is designed for the referred mobile number only. Name, email and address are not required for the referral claim.
What if someone else submits the same number later?
The first valid normalized mobile claim remains the attribution owner. A later claim does not replace it automatically.
What if the referred customer buys months later?
The referral relationship is designed as a lifetime direct attribution. When that mobile is later securely resolved to an eligible finalized sale, the 0.5% referral-point rule can apply.
What happens after a return or refund?
Referral points corresponding to returned or refunded eligible value are reversed through the governed loyalty ledger.
Does saving a number send that person a message?
No. Saving a referral number from your member portal is an attribution action; it does not itself send the referred person a marketing message.
