DOA and Return Restrictions
- DOA claims accepted only within 24 hours with invoice and testing proof.
- Physical damage, wrong installation, liquid damage, and electrical surge are not covered.
- Compatibility must be confirmed using model sticker/part-number before installation.
- Opened seals for sensitive components may be non-returnable unless DOA verified.
Availability and Pricing
- Availability states: In Stock, Out of Stock, Preorder.
- Displayed prices are indicative unless final invoice is generated.
- Out-of-stock requests are queued and may be fulfilled by preorder.
