This policy explains the difference between manufacturer warranty, part-replacement coverage, and service-related assurance.

Manufacturer Warranty

  • Brand warranty follows the manufacturer or distributor policy.
  • Invoice and serial/model details are usually required.
  • Consumables and wear items may carry limited or no warranty.

Parts and Replacements

  • Replacement-part coverage depends on source and compatibility confirmation.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or liquid/physical damage.
  • Testing is performed before handover where applicable.

Service Assurance

  • Service assurance applies to the work performed, not unrelated future faults.
  • If the same serviced issue returns within the covered period, re-check is done first.
  • Data safety and backup remain customer responsibility unless separately agreed.
