2. Services covered

Dalmia Computers may provide computer product information, enquiries, quotations, jobsheet tracking, repair support, warranty assistance, membership benefits, referral features, offers, customer support, and business technology guidance.

3. Account and customer information

• Users must provide accurate name, mobile number, email, address, device, quotation, service, or membership details.
• Do not use another person's details without permission.
• We may verify account or service requests to prevent misuse, duplicate claims, or fraud.

4. Membership, loyalty, and referral

Membership, loyalty, referral, gifts, lucky draw, and offer benefits are subject to verification, eligibility, abuse prevention, and current business rules. Dalmia Computers may pause, modify, or withdraw benefits where misuse or duplicate claims are detected.

5. Quotations, products, service, and warranty

Product prices, availability, service estimates, AMC rates, warranty support, and quotations may change unless confirmed in writing. Any extra issue found during diagnosis may be charged after customer confirmation.

6. User responsibilities

• Use the app legally and respectfully.
• Do not submit false, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized information.
• Keep your mobile/email access secure.

7. Privacy and deletion

Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Account and associated app data deletion requests can be submitted through the Delete Account and Data page.
