AI Data Use Disclosure
Dalmia Computers may use approved AI services to assist authorized staff with drafting captions, summaries, product descriptions, support text, creative concepts and internal analysis.
Data minimization
Only information reasonably needed for the selected task should be sent to an AI provider. Passwords, OTPs, payment PINs, client secrets, API keys and unnecessary sensitive personal information must not be submitted to AI prompts.
Human control
AI output is assistive. Business-critical, customer-facing, legal, financial, pricing, service or publishing decisions may require human review before use.
Connected AI providers
Provider availability may change. Authorization and API credentials are handled through secure server-side configuration or provider-approved connection flows where applicable. This page does not publish or expose any credential.
