Commercial Terms
- Formal quotation validity, taxes, and delivery timelines are specified per proposal.
- Part-payment milestones may apply to high-value or phased deployments.
- Special pricing is volume- and brand-policy dependent.
Delivery, Acceptance & Warranty
- Delivery proof and installation sign-off are required for completion.
- DOA and transit-damage cases are processed per manufacturer escalation flow.
- Warranty support follows OEM policy; AMC extensions are available separately.
